Delivery
All single item orders will have a delivery charge of £2.99 applied at the checkout.

Any orders of 2 items or more receive free postage.

Dunkelvolk UK can only deliver in the UK.

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, normaly within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an email notification when your items have been dispatched.

Returns

All returned items must:

• Be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition
• Include all labels and swing tags
• Include a completed reasons for return section of the returns form

The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order.
